1. General Information

2. Access and Usage

• Entry to the facility is subject to management approval. Visitors must follow all posted signs, staff directions, and safety rules.
• Access to specific sports zones, including padel courts and the 360° arena, may require advance booking or valid membership.
• Management reserves the right to restrict entry during maintenance, private events, or adverse weather conditions.
• All minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Each booking is subject to capacity limits. A maximum of 8 individuals are allowed per padel court booking, and a maximum of 25 individuals are permitted in the cricket area per booking.

3. Booking and Payments

• Court bookings, event reservations, and other services are confirmed upon payment.
• Payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the booking time.
• Prices and packages are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any misuse of booking privileges or false reservations may result in suspension of access.

4. Facility Rules

• Appropriate sports attire and footwear must be worn at all times.
• Use of tobacco, alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Outside food or drinks are not permitted in the sports or lounge areas.
• Pets are not allowed within the facility unless explicitly authorized for special events.
• All users must respect the equipment and property. Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the responsible individual.

5. Safety and Conduct

• All players and visitors participate at their own risk.
• The Fifth Field is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft of belongings.
• Aggressive behavior, abusive language, or harassment towards staff or other guests will result in immediate expulsion.
• Users must follow all safety protocols specific to each activity or sport.

6. Food Court

• The food court operates under separate vendor management, but all guests must follow The Fifth Field’s overall code of conduct.
• Vendors are required to maintain hygiene standards as per Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Food Safety Regulations.
• Food court purchases are non-refundable unless service or product is faulty.
• Consumption of food and beverages is allowed only in designated areas.

7. Membership and Events

• Members must carry valid identification or membership proof when accessing member-only facilities.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Event organizers must sign a separate agreement specifying terms, safety, and damage responsibilities.

8. Media & Privacy

• The Fifth Field reserves the right to capture photos and videos for promotional purposes.
• Visitors who do not wish to appear in promotional material should inform management upon entry.
• Personal data collected (e.g., for bookings or memberships) will be used solely for internal operations and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
